Whooo's Your Valentine 5 x 7 Card

Whooo's Your Valentine is an adorable kit available through Close To My Heart until the end of January OR while supplies last. The kit has a D-sized stamp set filled with all sorts of fun images to complete these cute test tube treats, PLUS you can use the leftover card stock in the kit to make cards or whatever you like. I whipped up this card this morning...

With some added pom-pom ribbon and buttons, this came together quickly.

I stamped a strip with this tiny heart stamp, stepping and repeating along the strip then ran it through my Vagabond using Tim Holtz's rosette die.

Fold, fold, fold and glue and glue. Done!

Using the Cricut Artiste cartridge, I cut a bunch of hearts to stamp. Then stamped away. I inked the edges with pinks and reds to really make them pop.

I stamped this cute owl twice in two different colors, then paper pieced him back together and popped him on top of the rosette.

I created a cluster of all the hearts I stamped, then filled in with red and pink buttons.

Here's another look at the card. Hope it inspires you to make something else with that cute stamp set from the kit. It's not just for Valentine's either. Any "love"ly occasion will do.
